Madan Krishna Shrestha has spent decades as one half of Maha Jodi. He formed this comedy duo with Hari Bansha Acharya. Together, they use satirical sketches, stage shows, and telefilms, films made for television, to tackle subjects like corruption, healthcare, and human rights in Nepal.
Beyond comedy, he is also recognised as a singer and writer. He wrote an autobiography, Mahako Ma.
